We will need current vaccination records before your pet can be scheduled for a grooming appointment. Bordetella, rabies and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus).
Your pet cannot be scheduled for a grooming appointment if it is aggressive.
If your pet is severely matted the only alternative will be to use a number 7 clipper blade and sheer the coat to a level of 1/8 inch. If you do not agree with this then your pet cannot be scheduled for a grooming appointment. It is recommended to brush your pet at least once every week to help avoid the coat becoming matted.
